“Two iconic Cleveland brands, Great Lakes Brewing Company and Bertman Original Ball Park Mustard, recently teamed up to launch a new beer-infused mustard. The Dortmunder Beer Mustard is a collaborative recipe developed by Bertman’s product development chef and by the staff at Great Lakes Brewing Company’s Ohio City brewpub. Made with Great Lakes’ award-winning Dortmunder Gold Lager, the new beer mustard has a tangy horseradish kick. The nine-ounce bottles of mustard are available at area retailers, at the Great Lakes Brewing Company gift shop in Ohio City, or by ordering online at Bertman Ball Park Mustard’s Store.
