Bertman Honey Mustard Sauce
Makes 2 cups
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Bertman Original Ball Park Mustard
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Heat the mixture over medium heat until boiling, whisking frequently. Transfer to a clean jar and store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to a month.
Use this sauce with ham, shrimp, or chicken, as well as ribs, tofu or just about anything you can think of that needs to be pepped up.
