Bertman’s Vinaigrette Dressing


  • 1 almost empty bottle of Bertman Original Ball Park Mustard
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil or salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of italian seasoning


Into an almost empty bottle of Bertman’s Original Ball Park Mustard, pour 1 /2 cup olive oil or salad oil, 1 teaspoon salt. 1/ _ teaspoon fresh ground pepper. l tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice. Cap tightly and shake. Add additional vinegar to taste. Add garlic and/or other herbs, oregano, tarragon. basil can be added if desired.

Yield: 3/4 cup
