Ingredients:
- 1 almost empty bottle of Bertman Original Ball Park Mustard
- 1/2 cup of olive oil or salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of italian seasoning
Instructions:
Into an almost empty bottle of Bertman’s Original Ball Park Mustard, pour 1/2 cup olive oil or salad oil, 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper. 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice. Cap tightly and shake. Add additional vinegar to taste. Add garlic and/or other herbs, oregano, tarragon. basil can be added if desired. Add garlic and Italian seasoning. If desired add additional herbs such as oregano, tarragon or basil.
Yield: 3/4 cup
