Ingredients:
salt and pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Bertman Original Ball Park Mustard
2 cups cooked potatoes, diced
2 Tbsp sour cream
1 onion, grated
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ cup parsley, minced
1 Tbsp vinegar
½ cup celery, chopped
2 hard-cooked eggs
1 tsp sugar
Instructions:
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream, lemon juice and vinegar in a bowl. Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste, vegetables and eggs cut in wedges or chopped. Mix well and let stand about l hour before serving. Serves 6.
