Dr. Barbecue’s Bertman Carolina Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

  • ¾  cup Bertman Original Ball Park mustard

  • ¾ cup red wine vinegar

  • ¼  cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp. butter

  • 2 tsp. salt

  • ½  tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground pepper

  • ¾  tsp. hot pepper sauce

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Heat to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 30 minutes. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour. Refrigerate unused sauce up to several weeks.
