Ingredients:
- 4-6 skin-on bone-in chicken thighs
- 1/4 tablespoon Bertman Original Ball Park Mustard
- 1/4 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Salt and pepper chicken. Grease pan. Wisk all ingredients and pour over chicken. Preheat to 350. Bake 60 mins basting honey mustard sauce over chicken every 20 mins.
