Ingredients:
- 1 pack of hot dogs
- 1 pack of buns
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of Bertman Ball Park Mustard
- 1 jar of hotdog chili
- 1 bag of cheddar
- 1 small onion diced
Instructions:
Step 1) Bring a pot of water up to a simmer and boil the dogs for about 5 minutes. Take them out of the water, pat them dry, and grill them just long enough to mark them. (That’ll give them a grilled flavor too.)
Step 2) Brush the insides of the buns with olive oil & Bertman Original Ball Park Mustard and lay them face down on the grill; cook until toasty.
Step 3) Serve, put a dog in each roll and top with the chili and lots Cheddar & more Bertman Original Ball Park Mustard
